Brentwood, Tenn.-based healthcare provider Premise Health opened a new wellness center in Northbrook, Ill.
The facility serves employees from 13 companies, according to a Jan. 25 news release from the group. Services offered include primary care, behavioral health treatment and preventive screenings.
Premise operates more than 800 wellness centers across 45 states and Guam.
