Mental health services organization Pathways of Idaho has opened a behavioral health center in Boise, NBC affiliate KTVB reported Oct. 10.
The center is the first Pathways location specifically focused on children's mental and behavioral health, with the organization's other two locations offering care for adults.
The facility includes 12 beds and will have 25 staff members providing 24-hour care to patients between 12 and 17 years old. Appointments are not required, with services being offered at no cost to families, the report said.
