Hartford-based Connecticut Children's is opening a 12-unit medical-psychiatric unit at its main campus, The Hartford Business Journal reported Jan. 22.
The unit is designed to support children with both medical and behavioral health needs.
According to the Hartford Business Journal, the unit was funded by support from the state, local corporations and private donors.
