Franklin, Tenn.-based mental health treatment provider Summit BHC named Paul Gilbert its chief legal officer.
Most recently, Mr. Gilbert served as executive vice president, chief legal officer and secretary of Rite Aid, according to an April 17 news release from Summit.
Summit BHC has 33 treatment facilities nationwide.
