Coleman Matthews has been named the new CEO of El Dorado, Ark.-based Newhaven Counseling and Health Services, El Dorado News-Times reported April 23.
Mr. Matthews was formerly the director of the organization's Camden Clinic and began working for Newhaven in 2021. He started his new role March 1.
Prior to Newhaven, he served as the chief clinical officer for the largest behavioral health and substance use treatment program in the state and oversaw all clinical aspects for 22 outpatient clinics and five residential facilities, according to the publication.
Mr. Matthews is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist.
