Redwood City, Calif.-based Cordilleras Mental Health Facility has been topped out, according to an April 19 news release shared with Becker's.

The 77,610-square-foot campus is the state's first behavioral health facility to hit net-zero energy, according to the news release. It is also the largest in the nation to achieve net-zero energy.

It will include four single-story mental health rehab centers with capacity for 16 clients, and a three-story co-housing facility for 57 residents, according to the news release.

It is set for completion in late 2024.
