Birmingham, Ala.-based addiction treatment and recovery services Bradford Health Services has acquired Southaven, Miss.-based Vertava Health.
Vertava Health of Mississippi offers addiction treatment and mental health services to patients across the North Mississippi and Memphis areas. The acquisition marks Bradford's further expansion into the Southeast, according to a Nov. 13 news release.
Bradford currently operates a network of 40 substance abuse treatment and recovery services facilities across Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, North Carolina and Tennessee.
