Cara McNulty, DPA, has been named CEO of Vibrant Emotional Health. 

American Addiction Centers made three leadership changes, adding mental health leaders Shelley Plemons, Tikisha Ousley and Joy Sutton to its executive team.

Denver-based eating disorder treatment program provider EDCare appointed Mark Allen, MD, its medical director of psychiatry.

Digital mental health company Headspace has named Tom Pickett as CEO. 

Yale New Haven (Conn.) Hospital named Hun Millard, MD, vice chief of psychiatry and behavioral health. 

Tampa (Fla.) General Hospital has named Doug Leonardo as CEO of its new behavioral hospital. 

The co-founder and COO of Plymouth, Minn.-based CARE Counseling plans to step down from his role, the Twin Cities Business Journal reported June 26.
