Nashville, Tenn.-based Centerstone has named Lisa Dominisse CEO of its Indiana market, effective March 16, following approval from the organization’s board of directors.

Ms. Dominisse most recently served as president and CEO of Radiant Health in Marion, Ind., where she led the organization through a merger, strengthened financial performance and expanded access to care, according to Centerstone’s news release. She also oversaw Radiant’s transition to the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic model.

In her new role, she will lead more than 1,500 employees across dozens of locations in Indiana with a focus on clinical outcomes, workforce engagement, and internal and external partnerships to support long-term organizational goals.

The leadership transition comes as Centerstone continues integrating Indianapolis-based Adult and Child Health following its November merger with Brightli. The unified organization employs more than 10,000 people and serves about 250,000 individuals annually across nine states.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
