River Oaks Treatment Center in Riverview, Fla., has named Brianna Hardcastle clinical director.
In her new role, Ms. Hardcastle will oversee clinical services for the Tampa-area facility’s substance use disorder and mental health programs, according to a Jan. 22 news release. She previously served as clinical program director at King of Prussia, Pa.-based Recovery Centers of America and as a behavioral health professional for Harrisburg, Pa.-basedPrimeCare Medical.
Her appointment supports the center’s recent expansion to offer specialized treatment for depression, PTSD and other mental health conditions. The move comes as Florida continues to face behavioral health challenges, with the state ranked 44th in the nation for its residents having access to behavioral healthcare, according to Mental Health America.
River Oaks Treatment Center is part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based American Addiction Centers.
