Several behavioral health organizations have named new top executives in the first half of 2024.
Here are eight new behavioral health CEOs stepping into roles in the past six months:
- Lewisville, Texas-based BayMark Health Services named Marshal Salomon CEO.
- Detroit-based Henry Ford Behavioral Health Hospital, a collaboration between Franklin, Tenn.-based Acadia Healthcare and Detroit-based Henry Ford Health, appointed Emily Sexton, MSN, as CEO.
- The American Psychiatric Association chose Marketa Wills, MD, as its next CEO.
- Minneapolis-based Meridian Behavioral Health, which provides substance use disorder treatment services, named Lewis Zeidner, PhD, its new CEO.
- Conway (Ark.) Behavioral Health Hospital, an Acadia Healthcare facility, appointed Beau Lynch CEO.
- Nashville, Tenn.-based Mental Health Cooperative named Michelle Shafer as CEO.
- Hampstead (N.H.) Hospital & Residential Treatment Facility named Justin Looser as CEO.
- Geneva, N.Y.-based behavioral health and housing services provider Lakeview Health Services appointed Cathy Lovejoy CEO.
