Private-equity-backed ARC Health acquired 12 practices in 2023

Beachwood, Ohio-based ARC Health acquired 12 psychiatry and counseling practices in 2023.

The company acquired two practices in December 2023: McKinney, Texas-based Exult Healthcare and Orlando, Fla.-based Advanced Psychiatric Group. 

ARC Health is part of the private-equity-backed Thurston Group, which operates several other healthcare ventures. The behavioral health group is made up of 21 practices in 16 states, according to its website.
