Hamilton, Ohio-based Butler Behavioral Health and Cincinnati-based Best Point Education and Behavioral Health have merged, creating an organization with approximately $65 million in annual revenue.
Butler Behavioral Health is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Best Point, according to a June 26 news release. Butler Behavioral Health will continue to operate under its current name, with no immediate changes to day-to-day operations.
The merger will expand the services the organizations offer from 30 to over 50, according to the news release.
Butler Behavioral Health operates crisis intervention, outpatient counseling and child and family services. Best Point provides services for children with autism, pediatric mental health urgent care and school-based mental health services.
