Delray Beach, Fla.-based Ethema Health Corp. and Lousia, Ky.-based Addiction Recovery Care have terminated a letter of intent to partner.
The mutual decision ends plans first announced Oct. 22 for Ethema to acquire multiple assets and separate entities of ARC, according to a Dec. 31 news release. The companies did not provide further details.
Shawn Leon, CEO of Ethema, said the company plans to continue growing its operations in Florida and Kentucky and remains focused on serving clients in those regions.
