Nashville, Tenn.-based Centerstone, the largest nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider in the U.S., promoted Tom Weber to COO.
In this role, Mr. Weber will oversee the organization’s day-to-day functions, according to a June 17 Centerstone news release shared with Becker’s.
Mr. Weber has served as chief administrative officer since 2021, when Preferred Family Healthcare and Burrell Behavioral Health merged to form Brightli, now Centerstone. In that role, he has overseen the organization’s investment and debt strategy and facilities master plan, which includes more than 225 offices, clinics and treatment centers.
He served as CFO of Preferred Family Healthcare until the organization merged with Burrell Behavioral Health to form Brightli in 2021, according to the release.
Centerstone has more than 10,500 employees working at 360 locations across the country.
