Concord Technologies has launched Concord Care Intake, an application seeking to improve the critical intake process for behavioral health providers.
The cloud-based application accesses patient information and consolidates referrals through a variety of sources, including email and direct messages, according to a Feb. 15 release. The intake system also works alongside existing infrastructure.
Concord Care Intake's artificial intelligence-driven technology decreases the time spent reviewing inbound referrals, allowing behavioral health providers to make faster decisions on whether or not to admit a patient. The system also provides analytics to determine what in the referral and intake process is working and what isn't.
