Plano, Texas-based Beacon Behavioral Partners partnered with Wayne, Mich.-based Pure Psychiatry, establishing its first operations in Michigan and Ohio through the addition of a 17-location behavioral health platform.
The agreement represented Beacon Behavioral Partners’ first expansion into the Midwest and one of the company’s largest growth moves to date, according to a July 21 news release from Beacon. Pure Psychiatry provides psychiatric and behavioral healthcare services for children, adolescents and adults throughout Michigan and Ohio.
Under the partnership, Beacon Behavioral Partners will provide operational, administrative and strategic support to help Pure Psychiatry grow its regional footprint. The company said those resources will support new clinic openings, provider recruitment, operational standardization and broader access to behavioral healthcare.
Beacon Behavioral Partners supports a growing network of independent psychiatric practices across the U.S., according to the release.
