Community Health Systems has partnered with population management company Mindoula to integrate virtual behavioral health services into the primary care setting.
Through this partnership, Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems will deploy Mindoula's collaborative care program to roughly 700 providers across the country to improve access to behavioral healthcare for thousands of patients, according to a Sept. 7 news release.
The Mindoula program connects patients with behavioral health caregivers through the HIPAA-compliant Mindoula Messenger engagement app and uses patient assessments to identify and track changes in behavioral health needs.
