The 4,000-square-foot expansion is expected to provide space for training and group programs, the report said. It would be across the street from two residential addiction treatment programs and would provide a space for peer support programs among patients.
Members of the public would also be able to use the space for Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings, the report said.
