AdventHealth has opened a 10-bed adolescent behavioral health unit in Hendersonville, N.C., ABC affiliate WCOS reported March 4.
The new unit will serve female patients between the ages of 13 and 18 who are experiencing a variety of behavioral health needs, including depression, anxiety, PTSD and many other mental health disorders.
The unit will also offer support services for patients once leaving the inpatient unit, the report said.
