Lehigh Valley Health Network, UHS plan 144-bed behavioral hospital

Allentown, Pa.-based Lehigh Valley Health Network and King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services will open a 144-bed behavioral hospital in Hanover Township, Pa.

The facility, Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, is near Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg campus, according to a November 15 news release. The site is expected to open in fall 2025. 

The new joint venture will staff more than 300 full-time employees, according to the news release.
