Ms. Hake joined Stairways as a rehabilitation technician in the women’s unit in 1995. She has held a variety of leadership positions at Stairways since, including rehabilitation coordinator, supervisor for independent living services and administrative director of residential and addictions treatment services.
Ms. Hake took over the position from her predecessor, Robin Dowling, on July 1 after serving as assistant executive director since March 1, the report said.
