From new CEOs to medical directors, here are nine behavioral health leadership moves that Becker's has covered in January:

Mary Anne Albaugh, MD, has been appointed medical director of Dickinson Center in Ridgway, Pa., an affiliate of Journey Health System, the Courier Express reported Jan. 31.

James Lehane has retired from his role as president and CEO of Middletown, R.I.-based Newport Mental Health, The Newport Daily News reported Jan. 25.

Raymond Kotwicki, MD, has been appointed president and chief medical officer of intensive outpatient services for Atlanta-based behavioral health provider Hightop Health.

Minneapolis-based Meridian Behavioral Health, which provides substance use disorder treatment services, has named Lewis Zeidner, PhD, its new CEO.

Beau Lynch has been appointed CEO of Conway (Ark.) Behavioral Health Hospital, which is under Acadia Healthcare.

Michelle Shafer has been appointed CEO of Nashville, Tenn.-based Mental Health Cooperative, the Nashville Post reported Jan. 18.

Justin Looser has been appointed CEO of Hampstead (N.H.) Hospital & Residential Treatment Facility, the Portsmouth Herald reported Jan. 18.

Ave Marie Costa has been appointed director of development of the Gateway Foundation, a substance use disorder and behavioral health treatment organization.

Cathy Lovejoy has been appointed CEO of behavioral health and housing services provider Lakeview Health Services.
