Dr. Jellinek is a practicing psychiatrist and professor of psychiatry and of pediatrics at Harvard Medical School in Boston, according to a March 21 news release from Oceans. He previously served as chief of child psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Phillips most recently served as secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health. She has experience as executive commissioner of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and as CEO of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
