Meadows Psychiatric Center names Rod Kornrumpf new CEO

Centre Hall, Pa.-based Meadows Psychiatric Center has named Rod Kornrumpf its new CEO and manager director, The Express reported Feb. 25.

Mr. Kornrumpf previously served as the vice president of Parole, Md.-based Luminis Health’s behavioral health service line. Prior to Luminis, he was the executive director of behavioral health for Union Hospital of Cecil County in Elkton, Md., and University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health in Bel Air. He was also corporate director of behavioral health for Newark, Del.-based ChristianaCare health system. 

He is a fellow of the American College of Health Executives and was previously co-chair of the Prince George’s County (Md.) Behavioral Health Advisory Group and a member of the Behavioral Health Task Force of the Maryland Hospital Association. 

He began his position in early February, according to a news release obtained by the publication.
