Ms. Zimbler is a marriage and family therapist who most recently served as CEO of Montecatini, an eating disorder treatment center in Carlsbad, Calif., according to an April 17 news release from Discovery.
In her new role, Ms. Zimbler plans to address the negative effect of social media on patients with eating disorders and the pandemic’s effect on overall mental health, according to the release.
