Phoenix-based Axiom Care, a provider of behavioral health services, substance use treatment and recovery housing, has appointed Danelle Trottier CEO.

Ms. Trottier stepped into the role after serving as COO since 2024, bringing more than two decades of experience in behavioral health and addiction services management, according to an April 23 news release from the provider.

While in a leadership role at the organization, she has supported growth initiatives, including new partnerships and facility openings. These include a 60-bed residential treatment center at the Ocotillo Campus of Care in Apache Junction, Ariz.

Founded in 2012, the organization annually serves more than 4,000 Arizona residents through its housing programs and Arizona Department of Health Services licensed facilities, according to the release.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
