PAX Health has acquired New Castle, Pa.-based Richardson Psychiatric Associates.
The outpatient psychiatric site serves adults, adolescents, children and families, according to an April 17 news release.
PAX Health is backed by California private equity firm HCAP Partners. The company formed PAX Health in 2024, when it acquired three behavioral health providers.
The company acquired Smithtown, N.Y.-based Harris Psychiatric Services in January.
