The three acquired organizations are Behavioral Medicine Associates, Workers Compensation Psychological Network and Reservoir Health, according to a March 12 news release. The merger under PAX Health will make it one of the largest behavioral health businesses in the northeastern U.S.

The three companies offer behavioral health services across New York and New Jersey, including psychological assessments, medication management, therapeutic interventions and mental healthcare for the workers’ compensation population.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
