The company closed a $100 million funding round led by Spark Capital, according to the outlet.
The startup, founded in 2019, connects people to mental health providers and can book appointments. The service is available in all 50 states and works with more than 25 insurers, according to Bloomberg.
Headway declined to comment to Bloomberg.
