Mass General Brigham Health Plan, the insurance arm of the Somerville, Mass.-based health system, has launched a wellness hub to support member engagement and workplace wellness.

The platform is designed to simplify navigation of health resources, encourage workplace wellness and support members in achieving personal well-being goals, according to a March 18 news release from the system. It offers programming tailored to employee health needs, along with content focused on nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress management.

The wellness hub includes audio and visual tools, interactive challenges and personalized content, including support for managing chronic conditions. Members can access resources through the member portal and digital communications.

The platform also connects members with one-on-one health coaching, tobacco cessation support, weight management programs, fitness reimbursements and mental health resources.

The wellness hub is available to commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members, the release said.
