The 96-bed facility will provide subacute psychiatric services and offer six mental health rehabilitation programs for patients with serious mental illnesses, each with 16 beds, according to the publication. The center is slated for completion in 2026.
The facility will complete the health system’s “Restorative Care Village” project, which includes a medical respite care center and a residential mental health treatment program, both of which have been completed. A mental health urgent care center and a residential substance abuse treatment facility are currently under construction.
