Fullerton, Calif.-based Autism Spectrum Interventions and Los Angeles-based Quality Behavior Solutions will merge, according to a Feb. 18 news release. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ronit Molko, PhD, co-founder and CEO of Autism Spectrum Interventions, will be CEO of Alongside.
Autism Spectrum Interventions provides in-home and school-based services, and Quality Behavior Solutions provides clinic-based services.
