Rose Hill Center board chairman steps down after 30 years

Charles Evans is taking over as chairman of Rose Hill Center, a mental health and substance use treatment center in Holly, Mich.

Dan Kelly, the center’s co-founder, who held the chairman position since the facility opened in 1992, will step down, according to a Dec. 16 news release from Rose Hill.

Mr. Evans formerly served as senior vice president of manufacturing company Henkel Corp. for 35 years.
