NexPhase Capital has acquired Los Angeles-based Behavior Frontiers, an autism therapy provider with locations in 12 states.
Behavior Frontiers was previously owned by Lorient Capital, a private equity fund, according to a May 5 news release. During Lorient’s ownership, Behavior Frontiers grew from 900 to 2,850 active clients and expanded to 26 clinics and home care sites.
NexPhase, a private equity firm, has previously invested in other autism therapy providers, including Austin, Texas-based Action Behavior Centers.
The current leadership team at Behavior Frontiers will remain in place, according to a news release.
The deal is one of several behavioral health acquisitions reported so far in 2025.
