Private equity backed-company acquires North Carolina behavioral provider

Jacksonville, Fla.-based US Pediatric Partners has acquired Raleigh, N.C.-based Hope Services. 

The community-mental health provider operates three locations in the Raleigh area, according to an April 22 news release. 

US Pediatric Partners was formed by Webster Equity Partners, a private equity firm, in 2023. The group owns more than 55 pediatric behavioral health sites in four states. US Pediatric Partners recently integrated with BTST Services, a Baltimore-based behavioral health provider also owned by Webster Equity Partners, according to the release.
