Private equity firm acquires New York ABA provider

Nautic Partners, a private equity firm, has acquired Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Proud Moments ABA.

Another private equity firm, Audax Private Equity, sold the autism treatment provider, according to a Feb. 10 news release from Audax. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Proud Moments ABA operates in 12 states and provides applied behavior analysis therapy in homes and its clinics. Since Audax acquired the provider in 2019, it has grown from seven clinics to more than 70.
