Wickenburg, Ariz.-based The Meadows has unveiled a specialized treatment program for active-duty military members, veterans, first responders, public safety professionals and their loved ones with PTSD and substance use disorders.

Dubbed “Unbroken,” the program is fully integrated with the organization’s existing clinical offering and is designed to address trauma and addiction through an evidence-based care model tailored to service-driven roles.

Unbroken is led by Bill Reynolds, PA-C, a 30-year U.S. Navy veteran with experience in psychiatric and medical leadership. His background includes service across multiple operational environments and work with military and first-responder populations.

Treatment begins with an assessment and care planning. Services can include trauma-focused individual and group therapy, addiction treatment, cognitive-behavioral therapy, equine-assisted therapy, physical wellness programming, family support and aftercare planning.

The program is supported by The Meadows Brain Center, which integrated neuroscience-informed therapies such as neurofeedback, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing, and biofeedback to support trauma processing and nervous system regulation.

The organization aims for participants to leave with coping strategies and tools intended to support long-term recovery and reintegration into family work and community life.
