Wickenburg, Ariz.-based The Meadows launched Meadows Daily+, a digital companion for patients and clinicians across its outpatient centers, following a multi-site pilot that evaluated the platform’s use in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.

The 2025 pilot included five programs, 47 clinicians and 340 patients, according to a July 20 news release from the behavioral healthcare organization. Patients completed group check-ins and spent an average of four minutes per app session engaging with therapeutic content between visits. Clinicians reported a 30-point reduction in feelings of overwhelm, while 85% said the platform improved job satisfaction.

The pilot also found successful transitions between levels of care increased by 51%. In addition, 71% of patients said the app helped prevent a lapse at least once. Beginning July 20, Meadows Daily+ became part of the outpatient experience across Meadows Outpatient Centers, according to the release.

The Meadows developed the platform in partnership with San Francisco-based Bright Therapeutics. The company said its digital behavioral health tools are used by more than 30,000 therapists and have supported more than 2.2 million people.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
