The telehealth provider will offer members access to pediatric mental health specialists for a wide range of mental health conditions, according to a July 16 news release.
Brightline specializes in virtual pediatric mental health services.
“Children, teens, and families have unique needs and experiences that require a specialized approach that acknowledges and addresses their specific challenges, contexts, and developmental stages,” Myra Altman, PhD, chief clinical officer at Brightline, said.
Brightline will provide digital support, coaching, therapy, and medication management services to children and families, according to Dr. Altman.
Teladoc provides virtual care through health plans and employers. The company owns online mental health therapy platform BetterHelp.
