Spero partners with health tech company to offer virtual addiction treatment in 6 states

Spero Health, an outpatient provider specializing in the treatment of substance use disorders, partnered with Atadas, a telehealth technology company, to implement AddMedPro, a patient-retention technology platform that personalizes medication-assisted treatments, according to a July 5 news release from Atadas and Spero Health.

The platform provides 24/7 virtual care that allows patients to maintain their work and family obligations while battling addiction. Additionally, it offers evidence-based feedback that providers can use to customize care to each patient's needs to improve retention and foster stronger connections between providers and patients, according to the release.

The platform offers patients and providers a combination of remote medication management and patient education, treatment adherence, and regulatory compliance support tailored to substance use disorder treatment, according to the release.
