NextGen said April 18 that the platform includes outpatient mental health services, substance use disorders, crisis services, residential treatment services, intellectual and developmental disabilities and primary care.

The EHR includes options for integrated service plans and patient customization and capabilities for expanded reporting and financial tracking.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
