The program will use trained listeners with a background in healthcare to provide anonymous support without stigma, according to an Aug. 5 press release from HearMe.
The program will initially be made available to 200 Ingenovis travel nurses and, if the pilot is successful, expanded to all 10,000 of the firm’s clinicians.
