Chicago-based Array Behavioral Care, a virtual behavioral health provider, has launched a proprietary model aimed at standardizing treatment and improving outcomes across its services.
Care Pathways, a structured, scalable framework, is fully integrated across Array’s home-based services and designed to deliver consistent, timely and personalized care, according to an Aug. 14 news release. It incorporates standardized clinical assessments, medication and psychiatry history, social determinants of health and other factors to guide treatment planning and intensity, aiming to reduce treatment variability and delays.
Array’s platform is powered by Epic, making it the only nationally scaled virtual behavioral health provider to fully leverage the platform’s functionality within its clinical workflows, according to the news release.
At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
