Greater Nashua Mental Health and the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, both in New Hampshire, reported incidents May 4 and April 22, respectively. Greater Nashua Mental Health’s incident involved 1,085 people, and the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester’s involved 1,322 people.
The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health reported a hacking incident involving 5,129 people on April 20. Elk River-based Central Minnesota Mental Health Center reported the largest incident of the four, with 28,725 people affected, on March 17.
