Also, CVS is expanding Project Health, which provides free health screenings and resources to areas with significant need, to Greensboro, N.C., and Petersburg, Va., according to a May 10 company news release.
CVS plans to host nearly 2,000 community screenings at its mobile health units across the U.S. and intends to add nearly 100 organizations to host its units in under-resourced communities this year.
Project Health hosted nearly 1,700 events and provided $5.5 million worth of free medical services in 2022, according to the release.
