The Bureau for Behavioral Health Clearinghouse includes information on prevention, early intervention, treatment and recovery services. It was originally developed to review behavioral health services for children and young adults but processes requests for residents of all ages.
The database, which is funded through grants from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, is similar to databases in California and Washington.
At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
