Behavioral health company UpLift has acquired Minded, an online psychiatry provider that specializes in care for women.
Through this partnership, UpLift has expanded its reach to all 50 states, according to a Nov. 15 news release. UpLift currently serves patients in Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., and will first expand into California, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.
UpLift's platform matches patients with providers based on their clinical and nonclinical needs and recently partnered with Medicaid insurer AmeriHealth Caritas D.C. to create a digitally enabled, high-performance provider network, according to the release.
Meanwhile, Minded has logged more than 50,000 telepsychiatry visits since its launch in 2021 and has a 90% success rate of its patients having shown measurable improvement in their condition within 90 days of starting treatment, the release said.
