Members experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress will have access to digital modules, video and phone meetings and messaging with trained coaches, according to a Jan. 19 news release from the insurer. The services will be accessible through Optum, a UnitedHealth Group subsidiary.

The company said self-insured employers can purchase the virtual services for their employees.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum. Apply for complimentary registration now.
