ThedaCare modernizes behavioral health services at Wisconsin medical center

Wisconsin-based ThedaCare has completed the second phase of modernization of its behavioral health services at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah, The Oshkosh Northwestern reported Aug. 14.

The $100 million modernization project spans four phases, with the third phase already in progress. Once completed, the updates will nearly double patient capacity within the inpatient behavioral health space.

Updates include remodeling patient spaces, adding group meeting and communal areas and developing a private admissions room. The project also included the development of a new women’s center, now completed, that provides a comfortable space for women to make proactive health decisions, the report said.
